- Make sure you are using optimal image sizes
- Validate your content for accessibility & inclusivity
- Validate links in your content
- Spell check your content
- Understand if there are any analytics that may need to be set up in advance
- Preview content including on different screen sizes
How to Submit for approval
- Navigate to the content
- Click Submit for approval
- If you would like to communicate the changes you have made to the approver, click the ... next to Submit for approval and select Comment and submit for approval
